Online Annual Certification

If you are a customer of the TerraCom Wireless Lifeline Assistance Program we would like to say thanks for allowing us to serve you. Each year, you are required to certify your eligibility for the Lifeline Assistance Program within 60 days of your annual enrollment.  You may have received a notice in the mail, by phone, or by a text message to recertify you are still eligible for the Lifeline Program.  To complete your recertification click the link below.

Attention Wisconsin MTI Subscribers:

If you are an Wisconsin MTI Subscriber you should have received a text, phone call or postcard informing you that MTI will no longer offer service in your area. TerraCom Wireless would like to offer you the opportunity to become a subscriber and continue receiving FREE wireless service without interruption. TerraCom Wireless would also like to inform you that upon completion of your recertification, we will increase your minutes to 250 FREE minutes or texts per month.  You must complete the required recertification below to become a TerraCom Wireless subscriber. To get started, enter your zip code below and to confirm your continued eligibility for the Lifeline Program with TerraCom Wireless.

If you are an MTI Subscriber residing in another state you should have received a notice informing you that MTI will no longer offer service in your area. TerraCom Wireless would like to offer you the opportunity to become a subscriber and continue receiving FREE wireless service without interruption. TerraCom Wireless would also like to inform you that upon completion of your recertification, we will increase your minutes to 250 FREE minutes or texts per month.* You must complete the required recertification below to become a TerraCom Wireless subscriber. TerraCom Annual Wireless Lifeline Recertification

If you have service under a TerraCom Wireless Lifeline plan, you are required to re-certify annually that you still participate in a qualifying program and you are eligible for discounted phone service. Recertifying will renew your service with us for an additional year with no changes or additional charges to your current account.

If you fail to recertify within 30 days of being notified, or if TerraCom is unable to verify the required Lifeline qualifications, you will be deemed ineligible to further participate in a TerraCom Wireless Lifeline program. Your free minute plan will be discontinued at that time and only pre-paid minute plans will be available to you.

30 days before the expiration date of your eligibility, TerraCom will send you a text message informing you that you must complete a recertification form. Once you receive that message, please follow the steps below to insure that your information is received on time and accurately.

TerraCom will mail you an annual recertification form at the address you provided at time of your original enrollment in the program. Inside the envelope will be an annual recertification form including instructions and a postage paid return envelope. You must complete all information on the form, sign and date it.

If you are re-certifying under a program different from that which you originally certified, please provide a photo copy of proof of participation. Examples of acceptable forms of proof include copies of your EBT food stamp card, Medicaid Card, a current award letter you have recently received in the mail, or a letter from your case worker. Please do not send original letters or actual ID cards, as they will not be returned to you.

Please use one of the following options for returning your recertification:

By mail.
Return the completed enrollment form along with your proof of government assistance (if required) in the postage paid return envelope provided.

By Fax.
Fax the completed enrollment form along with your proof of government assistance (if required) to Toll Free 1-888-716-8883, Attention: TerraCom Wireless Recertification Department. Include your name, a contact number, and your cell number including area code.

By Email.
You may also scan your completed enrolment form and proof of government assistance (if required), and then email it to support@terracomwireless.com.
